Delete your Remindr account & data
Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)
- Open the Remindr app and sign in.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Under Account, tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.
Option 2 — Request by email
Email speedore.soln@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my Remindr account." We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your profile (name, email, phone, WhatsApp number, timezone, notification preferences)
- All your deadlines, reminders, events, and templates
- Your device push-notification token and login/refresh tokens
What data is kept, and for how long
- Backups: residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
- Billing records: if you made a purchase, transaction records required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes are retained as required by law (typically up to 7 years). These contain no reminder/event content.
After deletion you can no longer sign in, and the data cannot be recovered.
