Speedore Tech ("we", "us") operates the Remindr mobile and web application. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Account info: name, email address, and (optionally) phone or WhatsApp number you provide.
- Your content: the deadlines, reminders, events, and templates you create.
- Settings: timezone and notification preferences.
- Device data: a push-notification token used to deliver reminders.
- Payments: if you subscribe, payments are processed by our payment provider; we store a customer reference only and never store full card details.
How we use it
- To provide the app's core features — storing your items and sending reminders.
- To send notifications by push, email, and (if enabled) SMS/WhatsApp.
- To secure your account and provide support.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that operate the app on our behalf (cloud hosting, database, email/push/SMS delivery, and payment processing), and when required by law.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and data at any time — see our Account & Data Deletion page.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt), and data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Children
Remindr is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
